When negotiating a management contract with the owners, the property must be in acceptable condition, and the owners must agree to allow us to maintain the property in acceptable condition during the time the property is managed by Premier Property Management .

8. Complete all necessary move-in documents such as:
- Lease Agreement
- Move-in Inventory
- Provide tenants with Resident Information and Instructions
(rules and policies)
- Property Disclosure Statement
- Walk-thru inspections upon occupancy and vacating property
- Drug-Free Lease Addendum
- Key Receipt upon occupancy and vacating of property
- Lead Based Paint Form(if property was built prior to 1978)
- Complete tenant screening
9. Receive and process all rent monies
10. File eviction notices with proper agencies in a timely manner
11. Receive all repair calls and dispatch appropriate vendors to property
12. Keep accurate accounting of property and send out monthly and
year-end statements with copies of all invoices
13. Interior property inspections at approx. 6 month intervals
14. Installations/Repairs/Renovations
15. Coordinate turning on and off of utility services
